• Our client is a key player in the telecommunications industry - a real unsung hero! Amongst a range of advanced systems, they also have a sizeable SAP implementation that, although mature, is still in need of ongoing systems and user support. They are now looking for a seasoned SAP Support Analyst or SAP Functional / Technical Analyst to join their team and manage the day to day support needs of their SAP environment.

• Sound working knowledge and commercial experience with the MM, SD, PS, FI and CO SAP modules

• At least 3 years experience in the support of SAP systems, previous experience in implementing configuration changes to support business processes

• The ability to determine incident and problem resolutions and work arounds. Solid skills in testing SAP fixes in a Change and Release environment. Good documentation skills including both functional and technical specifications.

• This role will particularly appeal to someone who has come from a SAP user role and moved into a Support Position for a larger organisation. It will attract a base salary of up to $110k for the right person
