• Perform software development activities to deliver systems that meet/exceed expectations in terms of adherence to requirements, quality, timeliness & completeness. Assist project manager in estimating project timeline to accurately predict the delivery of deliverables. Assist project manager in work package/component system design to make sure that quality metrics are met in terms of maintainability, reliability, scalability and resilience

• Perform coding, testing and documentation inline with user & system requirements to deliver source code, documents and test scripts that meet the clients’ needs. Perform 3rd level support during and after office hours to ensure soonest possible recovery time to service. Work closely with project manager to highlight any unplanned utilization pattern which may include both under- or over-utilization

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (or equivalent) from renowned tertiary institutions, preferably with good results. Certification in the relevant technologies and skill-sets is a plus and Minimum 2 years application development experience.

• Understand SDLC and processes. Design concepts using UML, ER/EER, design patterns. Hands-on experience in using MSSQL 2000/2005 and/or Oracle/DB2. Good knowledge of ASP, C#, ASP.Net, Stored Procedures, Javascript or Java/J2EE. Good knowledge of business modeling tools and techniques (e.g. UML, Use Cases, etc). Experience in TDD development environment preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
