Roles & Responsibilities
•
Provide technical support to our clients on different OS and software. Work with vendors for troubleshooting and enhancement. Install and deploy system applications. On job training to take up on different software and project. Emergency standby is required. Overseas travel may be required
•
Diploma or degree holder in information technology or related disciplines with atleast 4 years working experience. Good knowledge in system administration on Unix/Windows system is an advantage.
•
Exposure in Active Directory, security, firewall, networking & TCP/IP is an advantage. Knowledge in SCM & Workflow product is preferred. Initiative, customer-focused, independent & able to work under pressure
•
Proficient analytical skills are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of English. Able to work independently and in team

Singaporean and PR preferred
