• Reporting to the Manager, Customer Relations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Customer Relations Centre, participate in corporate initiatives and undertake responsibilities such as events management for corporate events.

• As an executive, you will play an active role in delivering excellent service and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary role is to provide professional service and prompt resolution to customer enquiries, requests and feedback. In addition to the day-to-day operations of the centre, you will have supervisory responsibilities over a group of Customer Relations Officers, working with them to address customer feedback.

• You should have a degree in Mass Communications or Arts & Social Sciences. Those with relevant experience in the service industry will have an added advantage. You should be mature and responsible, with a strong commitment to service excellence and possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure is crucial. The incumbent should also be a good team player, able to work independently and have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
