Roles & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate requirement gathering session. Document functional requirement and obtain acceptance from customer without many iterations.

• Map business processes against Microsoft CRM 4.0 processes. Identify functional gaps between Microsoft CRM and current business process and recommend workarounds or steps to close-up the gaps.

• Perform quality assurance by verifying the documented functional doc against delivered application.

• Conduct UAT training, verify and closure of UAT issue
