Roles & Responsibilities
•
Our client being one of the Leading Investment banks requires an experienced VB and Sybase developer for their front and middle office business in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high profile environment on mission critical systems.
•
You would be responsible for developing VB and Sybase based systems for the middle and front office of a leading equity derivative business unit. This role involves the full development lifecycle and requires an individual who demonstrates a detailed understanding of complex systems development in VB/ Sybase but also a high level of communication skills. You will be involved in new development projects and maintenance, enhancement and upgradation of existing systems.
•
Excellent Visual Basic and Sybase development skills. Previous experience in an Investment banking domain working on global systems. Ideally an understanding of derivative products and middle/ front office tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey ideas.
