Roles & Responsibilities
•
Analyse, design and implement time critical machine software with real time multiprocessing environment. Optimise existing solutions and create new software to improve the performance of equipment according to customer expectations. Analyse customer requirements and prepare engineering specification.
•
Estimate accurate effort to implement the new features and develop software. Design and develop the software in the team development environment. Develop and improve the software to meet the organization quality goals. Analyse technical requirements and provide corrective actions/solutions for customer requests.
•
Provide technical support and troubleshoot the software on site whenever necessary. Document all design steps such as specifications, concepts and module description. Learn and improve competency in new software technologies.
•
Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science/engineering or electronics engineering with minimum 3 years in Software Development. Knowledge in motion control and/or computer vision software.
•
Experience in high level programming language and technique’s (C/C++, OOP, MFC, XML, COM etc ). Experience on windows and real time systems is a must
•
Solid grasp of realtime/multi-tasking/embedded systems software development
•
Experience in software testing and troubleshooting is a must
•
Experience in project management is an added advantage
•
